Two decentralized applications and a meme coin are projected to be the best-performing cryptocurrencies for development activities this year.
Cardano (ADA) and Polygon (MATIC) are two of the biggest cryptocurrencies in the market. Cardano ranks seventh, while Polygon ranks ninth based on market capitalization. DigiToads (TOADS), on the other hand, is still in the preselling stage but is already creating a lot of buzz.
The three cryptocurrencies are expected to lead the crypto market this year. But how are they expected to fare in terms of numbers?
DigiToads Raises $3.5M in Just a Few Months

Reports suggest that Cardano may be focusing on AI when Charles Hoskinson tweeted a video explaining how ChatGPT could change the world of medicine. Hoskinson is the founder and chief executive officer of Input Output, which is behind the Cardano protocol.
If that is the direction of Cardano, it would be the one to lead crypto in that direction, which is expected to pique the interest of blockchain experts.
Polygon Surges Due to Scaling Technology
For its part, Polygon continues to surge because its scaling technology has proven to be beneficial for many developers.
It was the unique active wallets that were responsible for MATIC’s 53% upturn in March. It became the second-largest Web 3.0 gaming network then.
Bottom Line
It’s a good time to be a crypto enthusiast because of the promising forecast of three cryptocurrencies: MATIC, ADA, and TOADS. But while there is 10x potential for MATIC and ADA, experts believe TOADS will have 100x better potential of fetching returns.
